...of care I should have had in the last 24 hours, I've had a grand total of less than 5 minutes 'cos this morning's carer decided that the only thing she was going to do to support me was to flick the switch to boil the already recently-boiled kettle, bugger all else.
I'm washed and dressed (and exhausted and in pain) now, so I'm all set until lunchtime now.
