Let's try this again lol
I can't remember what I said in the original blog post that didn't get saved for some reason, so I'm starting from scratch again.
I've woken up with a pretty rough cough that I can't get rid of, frustratingly, but my 'Morning Stability' score was 3 out of 5 again this morning, so I'll do my exercises while the backups are underway.
My blood pressure is slowly starting to get back to my normal, so that's reassuring.
I'm not hungry this morning so I only had my normal glass of water to take my 10 morning pills with this morning. I popped a 5-HTP this morning and I can't get rid of the taste of it now!
I've gotta keep my ear on the door today to bring my prescription in so that could turn up at any time lol
The weekly virus scan is at 87% so I'm gonna shut up, get my breakfast photo and to-do list up, then start the backups off, then do my exercises.
