- pull the water heating switch on when I go for my first wee of the day
- take my blood pressure
- pop my morning pills
- charge up my HLTH band for the first time
- take a towel into the bathroom
- have a bath
- pull the water heating switch off
- brush my teeth
- have breakfast?
- carry on with my day
