I've just taken my lunctime pill and realised that I've taken them all so far this week, but by the time I take my two evening pills I'll have swallowed 10 pills today and sprayed my B12 first thing too.
Steve's Amazon delivery is due between 🕑 2pm and 🕔 5pm so he'll be able to try one of the milk packets before I head to bed tonight. I'll try and remember to let you all know if he likes them or not... it was £2.10 for 12 which is pretty good and not too expensive to waste if Steve doesn't like them.
