If I get in a tizzy about...

...my weight on Monday or I get flustered about how many calories I'm consuming, can someone tell me that I need the extra calories and weight between now and mid-late January 'cos I'll be living on one meal of just a mug of instant soup a day while I'm writing please?


I've worked out that if I can get my head down and knock out at least 8k a day during NaNo and JanNo then I'll be done in a week in November and January, so it's not like I'm gonna be skin and bones just from going under my calorie budget for 2 weeks a year and I'm well within the healthy weight range for my height, which is where I wanna stay, but the few weeks between the end of October and when I finish JanNo are the least calorific weeks of the year so I don't wanna be worrying about my weight instead of writing.


I can do it, I just need to find a new routine that works for me again now that I'm a young Yule widow.


Basically, the higher my daily calorie consumption between now and the end of October, the better lol
