I'm pretty much where I want to be - slap bang in the middle of my healthy weight range. I'd like to be 350g heavier in an ideal world, but that's negligible so I'm happy with where I am.
The experiment this week is to keep doing my daily laps but to try turning the FitBit graph green instead of a little bit red. I tried doing that when I first got my FitBit and lost weight, so I've been aiming for 2k calories a day (approx 700 calories over what the app is telling me I should eat) ever since, but now that my weight can safely either go up or down, I'm gonna try experimenting again just to see if it happens again.
I'm gonna try rebooting for the third time this morning 'cos it's not letting me export the spreadsheet for some reason. Can someone remind me to put my breakfast photo up when I come back again please?
