Just my usual two slices of wholemeal toast, dairy free spread, vegan hazelnut and chocolate spread as well as my standard bottle of orange juice.
I discovered that the choccie spread was nowhere near as calorific as I'd hoped, so I've gotta work harder than ever before to get my weight up now that I'm only getting 10% of the calories I thought from the dairy-free spread and the chocolate spread! Good job I've got plenty of mince pies to get through really then lol
