Today's lunchtime carer was fantastic! She stayed and actually did something other than look at her phone for the entire 20 minutes she was here!
Today's lunch was a total pig-out 'cos I need to dramatically increase my calorie count for the day. I had a bowl of spaghetti loops and 3 iced mince pies for my pud.
