...his breakfast now and there aren't any clean spoons and I'm nowhere near stable enough to do the washing up, so I'm already going without my first meal of the day. I'll see if I'm stable enough to make a hot drink when he's finished eating, but today could, potentially, be a purely drinking chocolate day if he doesn't fancy cooking lunch for us. There's only one clean plate too, so unless the washing up gets done before lunch, I'll definitely be missing that meal too 'cos perish the thought that my carer misses a meal!
