Let's start the day off with assessing how I'm doing mentally. I'm gonna try and remember to use a scale of 1-10 to rate my mental health where 1 is actively suicidal and 10 is feeling OK ('cos I haven't got above OK in the last two decades). Right now I'm about a 6 'cos my day has barely started and my virus scan started without too many problems - I just needed to be more patient lol
I'm gonna go and make my breakfast and see what my mood is like then. I'd like to get back to doing the news and studying and reading, but I wanna get this week out of the way first 'cos there is so much happening.
I might be able to read a book today or study a short course this afternoon, but it all depends on my mood and motivation.
