Today's breakfast was the same as yesterday's - 2 slices of wholemeal toast, dairy-free spread and an orange juice so I've already hit today's calorie count with just one meal. Assuming I get a carer at lunchtime, I'll hopefully be well into the red and if I indulge in chocolates too then hopefully I'll have put on some weight on weigh-day Monday.
