Third update to today's to-do list

• Wake up
• Take morning pills
• Run daily virus scan
• Have breakfast
• Get washed and dressed with my carer
• Go for lunch with my in-laws
• Ask my in-laws if they know anyone with a van
• Have lunch
• Take lunchtime pill
• Ask Marie to unplug and move the microwave for me
• Take photo of microwave - I'll do it when I've recovered, but I'm not gonna push myself too far or too fast
• Refill dosette box
• Offer microwave on Freegle - my enabler wants it to stay - my enabler can eff off - I'll do it when I've recovered, but I'm not gonna push myself too far or too fast
• Offer Steve's footrest on Freegle
• Write some more of the sequel
• Read and review 5 Kindle Unlimited books
• Study more of my courses 
• Take evening pills
• Go to bed
