So today is gonna be a glimpse into my mental health so that you get a more rounded view of my health all together. I took my APs last night so hopefully I won't go completely loopy today, it'll just be the depression, OCD, self-harm and suicidal thoughts today.
It's also my weekly virus scan and backups day so we'll see how that affects my mood.
Will it be a high chocolate eating day today or can I get through the day without?
I've taken my morning pills and given myself a B12 boost, so hopefully that'll help my mood today too. If things get too bad, I'll pop a 5-HTP to get me through the day, but I'm hoping I won't need to.
Basically there are gonna be a lot of blog posts today, but the glimpse into my mental health will all have the "health" tag on them so you can read or ignore them as you like.
I'm also gonna have my only dose of caffeine this morning 'cos I've got things happening for the rest of the week which means I won't be able to rush to the bathroom as much as I need to when I have caffeine.
Time to put my to-do list up for today then have my breakfast I reckon.
