...the support total from the carer's was 10% of what I pay for for one day. I got 6 minutes of care but I'll be paying for 120 minutes, but my carers were happy because I'm their "easiest client" and they know that they can watch You Tube videos and send Whats App messages and talk to people and charge up their phone in the 10 minutes that I'm left with after they've put their PPE on and taken it off.
They usually have 20 minutes with each client but I pay for 30 minutes twice a day but they only stay for 20 including the time it takes them to put on and take off their PPE which takes them 5 minutes at either end of the slot, which leaves me with 10 minutes
They are happy to just use their phones while I'm getting washed and dressed in the morning and cooking then plating up my lunch in the afternoon, so as long as they leave here in a positive mood, that's OK right?
