Out of the 210 minutes I pay for in 7 visits, I've received a whopping 11 minutes of support so far 'cos this morning's carer not only waited for the kettle to boil ('cos I forgot to pre-boil it this morning), she poured the water into the kitchen sink for me, made sure that I wouldn't burn myself by adding more cold water then pulled the back of my bra down for me as I was getting dressed! That's the most support in one visit that I've had all week!
