I had a two course lunch today - started off with a tin (2 servings) of spaghetti strands made pretty much entirely by me (just slopped out of the pan and into the bowl by my carer who then added the spoon to the bowl) then the last 2 Royal Gala apples (that my carer reminded me about) for pud. I also had 11 Bourbon Creams and I've now got a decaff instant coffee on the go, so I'm nicely into the red, calorie-wise, so that's OK.
