...8 minutes for lunch which makes 28 minutes for the week because my carer did the washing up while I was cooking my lunch then slopped my lunch into the bowl and washed up again while I was eating then reminded me to have the apples from a week ago so I've done well for support so far this week! Out of the 2 hours that I'll be charged for up to now, I've actually received just under a quarter of it which ain't too bad at all!
