Today's lunch was made pretty much entirely by me because she's a new carer to the agency and was shadowing one of the useless carers on Monday so spent pretty much the entire time sending loooong WhatsApp messages to someone.
How do I know?
Because I glanced across while I was taking my bowl back through and there was a paragraph of text in a speech bubble. To give her credit though, she looked up and said that she'd wash the bowl and spoon up.
Rant over lol
Today's lunch was another tin of spaghetti strands, made entirely by me so I'm feeling pretty full now after this mornings chocolatey 'Toastie' toast.
I'm in the red on my calories so far, so hopefully it'll be green by bedtime 'cos I won't be eating anything else today and I need to get my weight up by 1.6kg before Monday for my weight to be where I want it to be.
