...I've just made my carer's breakfast and finished off the only spread that I can have 'cos the two that we've got in the fridge aren't me-friendly, so I won't be able to have toast or sandwiches or home-made bread until my carer has finished them both off himself, so I'll just have to hope that there's enough wheat biscuits and cereal to last me for the next two weeks otherwise I'll only be eating when my carer wants to cook (once a week on average) which is far from healthy, but I'd prefer to go hungry than spend hours a day throwing up. I'll be able to have just a couple of slices of bread still, but no spread and I haven't got anything to make sarnies with, so it'll be a couple of slices of bread a day for at least the next month which is far from healthy, but I haven't got a choice - as long as my carer eats, that's all that seems to matter. Looks like I'll be having biscuits every day after all again, doesn't it. 😞
