...made my carer's tea and I'm giving my FitBit a touch of juice so that it'll record my sleep tonight. When that's done, I'll go and do the washing up, do the sums on the caring spreadsheet and hopefully have an early night for a change.
I decided against the B12 boost in the end, hoping to get an early night tonight instead, rather than it kicking in and keeping me awake until the early hours and only having 3 or 4 hours sleep to function on tomorrow.
My FitBit is just over 80% now, so I'll put it back around my ankle and go and do the washing up, ready for tomorrow's breakfast. I finished the Wheat Biscuits this morning, so I've just got 2½kg of Granola to get through now lol
