...my carer what we were going to have for lunch and he replied "I'm not that fussed to be honest. I'll just have my rice from last night's Chinese" so today is gonna be a calorie free day for me 'cos he won't let me use the sandwich toaster alone and he'll be asleep after he's had his biscuits then!
