It's been a few days since I last had breakfast and after eating very little yesterday, I figured I'd have breakfast this morning... Tropical Fruit Granola and soya milk.
I've got 3 pasta salads in the fridge that ran out of date yesterday... they'll still be OK for lunch on Sunday won't they? It's just cooked pasta, spinach and pine nuts so it's not like it's milk or cheese or eggs or anything like that, right?
Updated menu for today is for Steve to have his chicken and veg and mashed potato at lunchtime and I'll scoff the pasta so that Tuesday's planned curry can be made on Sunday 'cos it'll last better than pasta that's past it's best 😌
