...10 hours of care already today and it's not quite 4pm yet, so possibly another 13 or even 14 hour day today, which'll take the week's total of care by me up to 74 hours if it's a 13 hour day and I'll only have to put in an extra 20 minutes to hit 75 hours, then 10 hours tomorrow, pretty easily takes us to an 85 hour week - my carer is unlikely to even make it to 1 single hour this week 'cos he's only at 30 minutes so far this week and I'll very likely be making all his meals for him again tomorrow so over 34 hours less than what he says he does to support me a week then.
