We've finally run out of the seeded loaf, so I'm back to having the wholemeal loaves again.
I had 2 slices of toast smothered in vegan spread and I've just weighed myself and I'm now underweight, so I'll be having 4 slices of toast for breakfast from tomorrow onwards and hopefully huge lunches too 'cos I desperately need to increase my weight after the plan from last week... shoulda known it wouldn't be that easy though... I need to pig out at every opportunity now which I didn't wanna resort to, but then I didn't want to become underweight again either.
It's supposed to be vegan curry for lunch today so I'm gonna totally stuff myself at each mealtime and have drinking chocolates several times a day to try and increase my calories even more.
I had a couple of calorie-free days 'cos I didn't eat anything at all and only drank tap water, so maybe I shouldn't be surprised?
