Cor lummy I'm stuffed now. I really don't know how I'm gonna cope with 4 slices of toast for breakfast then a big lunch like this for the next little while, but needs must... losing the weight is no problem but I wanna put at least 1½kg before I'm back to being nicely within my healthy weight range, but I'd like to put on 2½kg ideally. I'm definitely not gonna be moving further than the bathroom or the bedroom until I'm back within my healthy weight range again and then I'll start by taking my portion sizes back down to the normal size for me.
That's beside the point though lol
Today's yummy lunch was a vegan Rogan Josh curry and I'm at my spiciness limit with that.
