I figured that since there was only one slice of bread left in the loaf, it wouldn't be worth toasting it, so I just spreaded it with plenty of the vegan spread and Steve suggested having a chocolate milkshake to try and increase my calories a bit more, so there are 2 photos of my breakfast this morning.
