...I had one glass of pop with my lunch and a glass of water when I got home. T'was a full on Sunday roast but only added 491 calories to my total, so I'm still 775 short 'cos I had some sultanas for breakfast and a glass of Diet Coke with my lunch, so we're gonna finish off the leftovers for tea and I'm gonna indulge in a tub of ice cream too.
