I've eaten 3 times today and should only have eaten once 'cos my body really isn't used to eating so much, so many times!
I've just had a bag of chips and a bit of sweet and sour sauce from a Chinese and they went down so well... I've still got calories in the bank though. Every day this week has been a red day, calorie wise, so I'm gonna have to restart my laps again next week to take my weight back into the healthy range for my height. Not gonna be able to eat too much tomorrow now though.
