A gorgeous vegetarian spaghetti bolognaise was provided by my hubby/carer/chef today and it hit the spot for both of us! It was just Linda McCartney vegemince, frozen red onions, Morrisons tomato and vegetable pasta sauce with, of course, spaghetti.
T'was only 524 calories too and I've got 12 left to eat this afternoon, which I reckon will be taken up with mugs of decaff coffee's 'cos there's no way I can eat anything else now lol
