After my first breakfast for four days this morning, I had a big lunch too and my stomach was kinda going "what the... ooh!" when I started shovelling the home-made pasta bake into my gob lol. T'was a huuge 1,354 calories and my hubby/carer/chef is completely zonked out now after being sat in the kitchen for an hour today. He reckons he's going to have a couple of toasted cheese panini's for his tea, but he's gotta stay awake for long enough to make it first lol
The meals for the next two days are significantly lower calorie and I've got the menu's sorted for the next 3 weeks, so we've just gotta stick to 'em now! lol
