...backups almost finished, so I'd best go and do the washing up so that I can make Steve's breakfast for him now, 'cos he won't do it, then will make me feel guilty for not making it for him and how hungry he is before I make his lunch for him, then he'll go on about how thirsty he is so I'll have to make him drinks all afternoon until he goes for his appointment when I'll have to do the washing up before he gets home, ready to make his tea for him.
Basically, today, like every day, is gonna be about what Steve wants rather than what is best for my health.
Backups have finished now, so time to go and do the washing up then Steve's breakfast.
