I haven't had breakfast since 22nd July and we've got pasta bake for lunch, so my calorie count is gonna go through the roof again today, but tomorrow and Thursday are gonna be very low calorie days 'cos we're only having instant soup tomorrow and a MugShot on Thursday so I wanna keep my calorie count as high as possible in preparation.
T'was just tropical fruit granola (more granola than fruit 'cos it was right at the bottom of the bag lol) and soya milk today, but I had a mug of drinking chocolate and I've got a decaff tea on the go now, which has taken my calorie count to 460 so far this morning.
