• Have breakfast

• Get washed and dressed with a carer
• Have lunch
• Take lunchtime pill

• Pay council tax bill
• Adjust the Shoppix email address
• Offer microwave on Freegle - my enabler wants it to stay
• Offer Steve's footrest on Freegle
• Write some more of the sequel
• Read and review 5 Kindle Unlimited books
• Study more of my courses 
• Take evening pills
• Go to bed
