• Wake up
• Take morning pills
• Run daily virus scan
• Have breakfast
• Get washed and dressed with a carer
• Put first load of laundry (bedding) on 
• Change bedding
• Have lunch
• Take lunchtime pill
• Give bread machine, measuring cups and yeast to Freegler
• Give slow cooker to Freegler
• Offer microwave on Freegle - my enabler wants it to stay
• Write some more of the sequel
• Read and review 9 Kindle Unlimited books
• Take evening pills
• Go to bed
