I had a very late morning this morning and didn't wake up until very nearly 5am so my FitBit says that I had 8 hours and 34 minutes of sleep, so why am I still knackered?
I'm gonna put up my to-do list then have my breakfast before my morning carer comes then I'll hopefully have a couple of minutes to catch my breath before the groceries come then that'll be it until lunchtime and I've gotta come up with another menu and adjust the ones I've already come up with too so it's all go this morning!
