Today's lunch was a real pig-out and tomorrow's will be a mug of instant soup because Steve's chair is being picked up at some point, so I'm getting as many calories as possible into me today so that I don't risk losing weight that I can't afford on weigh day on Monday.
It was 3 portions of vegan popcorn chicken, 8 onion rings and 2 corn on the cob, so I think I've hit my 5 portions of fruit and veg today.
