I had another big bowl of fruit and fibre for breakfast this morning 'cos my lunch is just gonna be a mug of instant soup so I wanna get as many calories into me as I can this morning.
Steve's bariatric chair is going at some point between 10am and 6pm today so I won't be able to use the kitchen after my morning carers have been and gone 'cos I'll have to wheel Patrick into their so that they've got room to dismantle the chair and take it out. It's gonna be such a weird experience having so much more room in here for the first time since 2016!
Today's breakfast was a biiig bowl of fruit and fibre with soya milk and a bottle of orange juice. I've also got a drinking choccie on the go now too, but there isn't a photo of that.
