Mornin' all

Not a happy bunny.

Just as I was about to shut down last night, I got an email from the plummer said that they couldn't make it today after all, could they rearrange it for Tuesday instead.  I explained that I have my groceries delivered on a Tuesday afternoon, what time were they thinking of.  They replied overnight saying 8.30am so looks like I've got today free and they've lost a customer after all, which takes it down to 2 tradespeople out of the 5 that said they were interested and arranged a time to come out and give me a quote.  I like the quoter that came on Thursday and the other one is my BILs friend so I'm not left totally in the lurch, but out of the 5 tradespeople (the one that caused the issue in the first place, one who stopped replying as soon as they had my address, one who didn't turn up at the time, Thursday's quoter and this one) that were supposed to give me quotes, only one of them has been reliable so far.

I've taken my morning pills and drunk my glass of water and the virus scan was clear so it's time to put my to-do list together while I wait for my first carer of the week now.  I'm gonna try and remember to note down how much actual support I get from them this week, like I did last week and I'm hoping it's more than an hour for the entire week when I pay for 6½ hours.
