Already...

...cared for my carer for 5 hours and 35 minutes this morning and I've gotta go and do the washing up.

That's the washing up done, but there is some rice welded to the bottom of the saucepan that 10 minutes of vigorous scrubbing barely touched, so I've given up now.  The mug that had been left, by Steve, festering in the window for almost a week, took 3 or 4 big squirts of the "4 times less scrubbing" washing up liquid and vigorous scrubbing to finally get it clean.  It's done and dusted now though, but I'm predicting, at 11.52am, that the soup at lunchtime will be left to get hard and weld to the saucepan too.  

 

I've given up with the housework for the day now 'cos I'm in a great deal of pain, wobbly, cold, achey and itchy now so Steve will have to do the rest of it so that I don't end up on the floor again.
