I'm just about back to within the healthy weight range for my height, prolly helped along by today's mammoth breakfast lol T'was just 4 slices of wholemeal toast with vegan spread on each one, which was a huuuge 3136 calories for my breakfast alone. That's OK though 'cos I need to put on a bit more weight so that I'm comfortably within the weight range, rather than only just like I am today. I'm 900g over the lowest weight and I wanna put on at least 1kg more so that I don't need to worry about risking losing any more weight. That's beside the point though lol
