I've had my breakfast (I'll put the photo up soon) and weighed myself - I'm 900g into the healthy weight range again, but tomorrow is just tinned spaghetti hoops for lunch so I'll have 4 slices of toast tomorrow too, Wednesday is our usual instant soup, so I'll have 4 slices again then and we'll hopefully be back to solid food (as opposed to soup) on Thursday and I will hopefully be comfortably within the healthy weight range then, so I can go back to having just 2 slices of toast for breakfast. I wanna be closer to the top end of the range rather than the bottom of it, ideally, so I'm hoping I'll be there by the middle of the week and I'll go back to just weighing myself on a Monday, starting next week.
Gonna code and upload last week's FitBit spreadsheet, then resize the breakfast photo and put it up here and on Instagram then make a start on the news. Busy morning! lol
