Steve Christened our new cooker at lunchtime by making a veggie chilli for us. He's already spilled (and not cleared up) some chilli on the hob, which is frustrating to say the least, but I've asked him to ask his mum to get some hob cleaning sheets for us so that we can clear up the seemingly inevitable spillages as soon as they happen, instead of just ignoring them for days at a time until I get so peed off that I have to put so much energy into hacking the spills away that I'm too ill to do anything else for 24 hours afterwards. We've only had the cooker for 22 hours and he's already back to his old habits despite his promises this morning.
That's beside the point though lol
