Had Granola and soya milk for breakfast, instead of my usual toast, but I've lost weight since yesterday so I'm gonna rapidly increase my calorie intake at lunchtime when I have my bread and dairy-free spread. There's some home-made jam left that I was given for free and Steve doesn't like it 'cos it's got bits in, so I might have jam sandwiches instead of just bread 'n' spread.
