A very simple lunch today, of home-made jam sandwiches, which finished off the jam and significantly increased my calories, so hopefully I won't have lost any tomorrow.
It's vegan spaghetti bolognaise tomorrow for lunch and I'll be having another bowl of granola for breakfast, then we'll be using our new oven for the very first time with my garlic mushrooms... I hope they don't burn to a cinder! lol
