We've just had our last meal ever using our current cooker 'cos it's being replaced with a new one tomorrow early afternoon, so the curry we've just had has been the last meal of its life. It's done us sooo well over the last decade or more, but it was giving us warnings of the end of its life for a few months with an incredibly sticky oven door. It's cooked its last meal and earned its retirement now though.
The hob did us proud with our curry and we're both totally stuffed now, so we won't be having pud after all, but that's OK - our lunch was just a lot more filling than either of us had thought and Steve's got the last bits of his in a tub in the fridge for his tea.
Steve said about using less vegemince next time and maybe adding in a tin of chopped up carrots as well as the peas next time too, which is fine by me... I think we need to spend a little while getting used to the way our new cooker works first though 😉
