...and carer fed, so when he's drained his mug I'll go and do the washing up so that he'll be able to have breakfast tomorrow, plates to eat our lunch off and mugs so that my carer can have drinks tomorrow. I haven't eaten anything so far all day and I'm not stable enough on my feet to even make myself an instant soup and even less so after I've done the washing up, so my entire calorie intake today will come from the 500ml of Pepsi that I had first thing, which is only 82 calories, but I don't have a choice.
He's finished his mug now, so time to get cracking on the washing up.
