...lunchtime.
The rubbish has just been taken and I'm working on the third set of news for my third site, then the rest of the morning is mine while I care for my carer and potentially make too many hot drinks for him to leave after a sip then he falls asleep until it's stone cold and wants another one with the promise that this mug really will be finished which rarely happens more than a couple of times a week.
Time to keep on doing the news now though.
