...an incredibly high caring for my carer total today 'cos I've only got 1 hour 47 minutes to go before I hit 10 hours, so 13 hours is looking very likely to start the week off with and my carer's total of care for me so far today is only 9 minutes, so he's gotta pull a minimum of 4 hours 51 minutes out of the bag before I head to bed tonight, which is looking less and less likely... I doubt he'll even manage that all week let alone in one afternoon and evening!
