Today's lunch was just 4 slices of vegan spreaded bread because I was too wobbly to make anything for myself after I'd made my carer's lunch for him. That's OK though, 'cos the spread is 530 calories per serving so my lunch today was a total of 2,408 calories which has sent my FitBit graph seriously into the red, so I'll hopefully have put on rather than lost weight this week lol
