I said in my previous blog post that I wouldn't be eating for the rest of the day and that my calorie count would be below 600. I was wrong about that and I apologise.
My body was crying out for food and giving me a hunger headache, so I've cracked open a packet of biscuits that I'm gonna chomp through. Far from an ideal meal, but a quick and easy way to give my body what it wants and needs so I'm OK with that.
